By purchasing a Pay it Forward Token, you’re helping us make that possible.
Each £5 token goes towards a place in one of our wellbeing classes — such as a Sound Bath, Sunday Sanctuary, or Arts & Crafts for Wellbeing — for someone who might not otherwise be able to attend.

For every token purchased, we’ll add to the pot and make up the rest, turning your kindness into a gifted place for someone in need of care and calm.
